There is no access to PG&E at this location. There is a propane storage tank to operate the refrigerator, water heater, kitchen stove and outdoor bar-b-que. There are two gasoline powered generators to allow operation of the washing machine, vacuum cleaner and power tools.
A new water storage tank with gravity flow to the house is soon to be installed.
This is an ideal writers' retreat, artists' haven, weekend getaway or full time home.
